Patterns of Evidence: The Exodus

I have purchased Patterns of Evidence: The Exodus.... and I can not sign in to watch on my TV, a beautiful 55" LG OLED... seems WebOS could be a problem.... What point is there in ditching DVD/BlueRay for online streaming if you can't even sign in to your account to stream to your tv?
